The NETIMM project intents to create 9 SMEs networks, in 3 fields of activity and 3 development regions, and 3 thematic networks – “Hiring, training and maintaining personnel” – in the same development regions. The project addresses SMEs’ entrepreneurs and managers from the North Eastern, North Western and Bucharest-Ilfov regions in Romania, operating in the field of constructions, tourism and consultancy
GAB München trains and consults the Romanian partner CNIPMMR (National Council of Small and Medium Enterprises) in the implementation and maintenance of networks, facilitation of learning processes and the instrument “Learning with the own problem”. Furthermore GAB organises the exchange between the Romanian networks and partners in Germany.
Project Activities:
1. The analysis of the target group and the adjustment of the “learning in networks” concept
2. Training the networks’ coordinators
3. Contacting SMEs from the created data bases and building up firms’ networks
4. Putting into practice the 12 SMEs’ networks.
5. Optimizing the way SMEs networks function in three development
6. Dissemination and transfer of the project’s results
