MAIN OBJECTIVES
To analyse the VET QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MODEL (model to be transfer ES/05/B/F/PP- 149311) in the partner countries and to compare with the needs diagnosis and subsequent comparison to the Common Frame challenges.
To analyse and compare VET models in partner countries, specifically the situation of Training during work experience settings from a needs diagnosis and subsequent comparison to the Common Frame challenges. Specifics aims
- to Adapt the VQMS products and results project ES/05/B/F/PP149311 and create an Integrated Quality System for Training developed to the VET for workers.
- To make aware and provide training to different agents involved in the Training (trainers, teachers, social agents, enterprises, etc.)
- To implant a Pilot Management System of Training where there are two training subsystems at least. Evaluate the Quality System (self-assessment, peer review, second evaluation)
- To create a dynamic bank of quality indicators adapted to the Common frame that can be tested and implanted by all partnered countries.
- To evaluate and disseminate products resulting from each phase of the project for their application to local, regional and European politics as well as to other educational levels.
The project is mainly based on the results of the pilot project ES/05/F/PP-149311 VET QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. The initial product developers, previous promoters of the Dirección General de Trabajo (General Work Management) - Consejería del Gobierno Balear (Council of the Balearic Islands) and BDF (P2) coordinators are part of this project as silent members and P-2 members who will guarantee the product-result transfer and the optimization of the good practices experienced during the previous pilot experience and if applicable the results of the new solutions to be developed in the transfer project.
