This project for one continues the developments set up the project „CompServ – Competence Development Through Self-Learning in Service SME” (SK/05/B/F/PP-177423): Two new modules will be developed for the existing „Facilitation Guide – A Guide for Facilitating Self-learning Processes in Service SM“. Secondly an electronische platform will be established in oder to back up the efforts for facilitating workintegrated learning. Thirdly a European Network of Facilitators will be founded.
AIMS, OBJECTIVES AND PROCEDURES
Experiences with the application of the materials contained in the “CompServ-Facilitation Guide” have shown that two new modules urgently need to be added to the existing package: A “Module on self evaluation and monitoring of workplace integrated learning” (task of GAB-Munich) and a “Module on the assessment and validation of competences” (task of AMU, Dänemark). In addition the complete set of materials will be transferred to and tested in Bulgaria and Spain.
The European facilitators for work integrated learning will, in addition, be supported by the instalment of an electronic platform and a “community of practice” backing up their professional dialogue and practical exchange.
