A cooperation meeting in the context of the transnational cooperation "Pro Juvenes" took place on 24.06.2015 in the GAB in Munich. Our guests, Romanian partners from the General Union of Romanian Industrialists UGIR, Romanian entrepreneurs and consultants discussed issues of integration and inclusion of unemployed youth in the (vocational) education system.
As part of the program "Developing Quality in in-company vocational training" 10 pilot projects developped approaches to Quality Development and -Assurance (QDA) for training and learning in organizations. Among them you can find the GAB approach " Grassroots QDA ",
In small and micro-enterprises, formal QM systems currently play only a minimal role in training. What is missing, for example, is practice-oriented knowledge about quality management, a corresponding attitude and suitable methods and instruments that can be applied in the actual core area of training, that is, the immediate interaction between trainers and trainees and their ability to communicate about matters of quality. The "Grassroots QDA" approach is focused on the stakeholders in initial and continuing education and training.
